Mission Manager: Lead Our Linguist Team

At ATLAS were on an exciting mission to deliver innovative language solutions that empower global communication. Were looking for an experienced linguist leader to join our team as a Mission Manager for the Department of State in Doha.
In this pivotal role youll oversee and manage our dedicated team of translators and interpreters ensuring the highest standards of language services while coordinating daily operations and fostering effective client relationships. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bridging linguistic barriers and facilitating seamless crosscultural understanding.

MissionCritical Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to our team of linguists fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate and assign translation and interpretation projects ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to deadlines.
Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and consistency across all language services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients managing relationships addressing concerns and ensuring their unique needs are met.
Oversee administrative duties including recordkeeping reporting scheduling and budgeting for the language team.
Qualifications for Success
U.S. Citizenship
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of linguist management experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient problemsolving and critical thinking skills
High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
Secret or higher security clearance (desired)
