MEDIT is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Executive to lead sales initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). This role is integral to executing MEDIT’s sales strategy and achieving revenue targets in the region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the dental and healthcare industries, and will demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
The Regional Account Executive will drive growth and surpass sales objectives by identifying and establishing relationships with new distributors. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with dental professionals, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) is critical to success in this role.
The executive will lead projects aimed at fulfilling MEDIT’s sales and business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to market engagement. This includes identifying key dental market segments through thorough market research and competitor analysis to recommend effective sales strategies tailored to the regional landscape.
Regular reporting on sales key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and market trends will be essential for informing strategic decisions and keeping the team leader updated on progress and challenges. Additionally, the Regional Account Executive will support existing distributors by participating in local events and gathering insights on market needs to enhance brand recognition and expand MEDIT’s presence in the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of sales experience in the dental or healthcare sector. Experience managing dealerships with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales for at least three years is also required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for developing relationships and effectively collaborating with various stakeholders. The successful candidate must demonstrate professional fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic or French being a significant advantage.
