Role Responsibilities
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our services. Your responsibilities will include:
Market Research: Conducting thorough online research, including social media analysis, to identify new leads and potential markets. This involves keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities for expansion.
Client Needs Analysis: Analyzing the needs of potential clients to pinpoint key decision-makers. Understanding their challenges will enable you to tailor our services effectively.
Client Engagement: Initiating contact with potential clients to build relationships and schedule meetings. Your ability to connect with diverse stakeholders will be crucial for establishing trust and rapport.
Marketing Initiatives: Developing and overseeing new marketing initiatives that align with our brand and goals. This includes crafting engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
Representation: Representing Etijah at industry events, meetings, and conferences. Your presence will help strengthen our brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Presentation Preparation: Creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and sales materials to communicate our value proposition effectively. Your skills in visual storytelling will be key in engaging prospective clients.
Client Updates: Keeping clients informed about new product developments and services. Regular engagement will help foster ongoing relationships and encourage repeat business.
Negotiation and Proposals: Creating quotes and proposals, and handling negotiations through various communication channels. Your negotiation skills will be essential in closing deals and achieving favorable terms.
Sales Goals: Setting and achieving sales goals while actively pursuing partnership opportunities. Your focus and drive will contribute to our overall growth strategy.
Partnership Development: Building and maintaining relationships with partners, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration. You will be tasked with developing strategies for approaching potential partners and evaluating the results of these initiatives.
