سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are seeking a talented Creative Strategist to drive the creation of high-converting collateral and assets for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) supplement brand, focusing on women aged 35-65+. In this role, you will develop performance-driven creatives, including static ads, short-form videos, user-generated content (UGC), landing pages, and engaging listicles that enhance customer acquisition.
Key Outcomes
As a Creative Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include designing innovative creative formulas for various ads and pages, while also enhancing the overall aesthetic and visual appeal of our brand. Your goal is to create compelling, scroll-stopping ads that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating captivating ads for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, along with optimizing landing pages to boost conversion rates. You will edit raw UGC and videos into high-impact assets that drive engagement. Additionally, you will conduct research on competitor ad strategies and analyze customer visual preferences to inform your design hypotheses.
A key aspect of your role will be maintaining a rigorous A/B testing schedule, experimenting with different styles and concepts to discover winning combinations. You will also collaborate with external creative teams to produce high-quality assets, such as product videos and photoshoots, while supporting the design and launch of new products and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in creating DTC ads, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) within the e-commerce space, with a strong emphasis on design rather than data analysis. A robust portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills—especially those that enhance user experience and drive conversions—is essential. You should possess strong visual storytelling abilities, creating designs that evoke emotion and highlight key messages while maintaining a polished aesthetic.
Ideal candidates are independent problem solvers who are organized, meticulous, and resourceful. A passion for psychology, design, content creation, and advertising is crucial, along with a keen interest in the DTC industry, including involvement in relevant online communities such as DTC Twitter and creative testing forums. Familiarity with branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, and product design is a bonus.
