The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, specifically within the dental industry. The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with dental professionals, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and dental service organization (DSO) networks.
Key Responsibilities
The Regional Account Executive will drive growth by identifying and onboarding new distributors to expand our market presence. This involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with MEDIT’s existing partners and dealers, ensuring their needs are met while also aligning with our company’s objectives.
Initiating and leading projects that align with MEDIT’s sales and business goals will be a core part of the role. The Executive will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify critical segments within the dental market. Based on these insights, the candidate will recommend optimized sales strategies that enhance MEDIT’s competitive edge.
Additionally, the Executive will be responsible for generating regular reports on sales key performance indicators (KPIs), forecasts, and market trends, which will be presented to the team leader. This data-driven approach will help refine sales tactics and identify growth opportunities. Supporting current distributors in local events and gathering market feedback will also be essential to expanding MEDIT’s brand recognition within the region.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of three years of sales experience within the dental or healthcare domain. Experience in managing dealerships with a focus on B2B sales is crucial, with at least three years in such roles.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to forge strong relationships with various stakeholders in the dental community. Professional fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic or French is highly advantageous.
