We are looking a dynamic and experienced HR And Admin Manager. The ideal candidate would be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions. Key focus of this role is to foster a positive work environment manage HR policies and streamline administrative processes.
A few of the responsibilities are outlined:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs that support the organizations objectives and promote a highperformance culture
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process interviews and selection. Oversee onboarding and training programs to ensure employees are wellintegrated into the team.
* Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs including salary benchmarking incentive schemes and employee wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and regulations.
* Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits payroll and leave policies. Oversee health and safety policies and procedures.
* Budgeting and Manpower Planning: Estimating the total cost for current and projected employees compensation. Identifying the gaps between the current workforce and future needs and developing strategies to bridge those gaps.
* HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records processing payroll and managing systems. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and information. Ensure timely renewal of Visas permits licenses and other Ministry Processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years in HR and administrative roles preferably in the restaurant industry.
SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and regulations.
Skills & Proficiencies:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Indepth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: KD1000.000 KD1300.000 per month
