Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Sales Account Manager at Integrated Systems LLC in Muscat. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction account management customer service lead generation and effective communication with clients.
Duties:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings telephone calls and emails.
- Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations.
- Negotiating variations in price delivery and specifications with managers.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices and to check on the progress of existing orders.
- Extend sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
- Making accurate rapid cost calculations and providing customers with proposal and quotations preparing tender documents.
- Respond efficiently to enquiries for solutions provided by the company and respond with appropriate information about IS products and services.
Job Types: Fulltime Permanent
Pay: RO850.000 RO2200.000 per month
