ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internship management or education program coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Masters degree in education Business Administration Human Resources or a related field (PhD preferred)
- High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Experience in student internship and development programs.
- Proficiency in using data management and reporting tools.
DESIRED CRITERIA:
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Computer application skills (Office Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook SIS CRM)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal effectively with students faculty staff and the general public
- Excellent communication skills including writing presentation and public speaking
- Ability to multitask flexibility and effectiveness as a team member
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to demonstrate effectiveness and creative problem solving skills
