Job Summary:
Responsible for the technical integrity of assigned solids control packages in line with Project requirements up to and including mechanical completion and delivery. Contribute to efficient project execution to the right quality cost and time. Invoicing and ensuring payment on a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the loading and proper anchoring of solids control equipment and parts.
- Verify transfers of equipment and parts from well to base and from well to well.
- Verify that equipment movements are carried out in a safe manner ensuring that they arrive in good condition and in accordance with the transfer complying with safety and operational measures. operational measures.
- Communicate to the operations department and verify that any loss or damage of equipment or parts is documented in each of the equipment or parts in each of the movements is documented.
- Request required consumables based on field needs.
- Verify that at all times during the operation the equipment work area and living area are in order and clean.
- Supervise and guarantee the correct installation of the Solids Control and Auxiliary equipment in each location. each one of the locations.

- Verify the correct operation of the Solids Control and Auxiliary equipment in each of the locations.
- Maintain continuous communication with the clients representative in the field in each of the visits suggesting the necessary recommendations for the optimization of the service.
- Establish and maintain a daily report of the activity of the operation in each of the locations.
- Maintain continuous communication and inform the respective department (H.R. H.S.E. Operations Physical Security) of any incident or anomaly that may arise with the personnel working at the locations.
- Maintain continuous communication with the operations personnel working in each of the locations.
- Ensure strict and mandatory compliance with safety and environmental protection policies established by the company and our clients.
- Ensure the correct use of the equipment materials and tools assigned for the correct performance of their daily activities.
- Supervise and verify that the established maintenance program is carried out correctly and at the specified time.
- Perform operational and safety checklists when required by the operations department and/or the client.
- Perform and keep all records designated by the QMS making sure that the personnel in charge of the company complies with this point.
- Perform monitor and ensure that all HSE requirements are carried out ensuring that the personnel under his charge comply with this point and deliver them on a weekly basis.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLSET REQUIRED:
- 10 years experience in Solids Control and waste management.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
- Computer knowledge (especially Microsoft Suite).
- Ability to hold comprehensive meetings with client and present projects and new technologies.
- Strong experience and knowledge in waste management equipment (surveys installations and operation).
- Previous experience in Project Engineering/Management with the oil & gas industry and solids control.
- Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards.
- Strong technical understanding and experience with engineering and project execution methods.
- Strong Contract negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of contract Terms & Conditions.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Ability to recognize change of scope and present to a client a strong and concise claim document.
- Strong commercial awareness of payment terms including LOCs Payment Bonds LDs etc.
- General understanding of supply chain methods.
- Understanding of Company Quality Assurance procedures.
- Understanding of Risk Assessment principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
