سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيAs a Business Growth Manager at Soprano, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of our partner ecosystem, focusing on both existing Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and selected non-MNO partners. Your primary objective will be to enhance our value proposition within the partner channel, ensuring a capital-efficient scaling of our go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of partner management, from commercial dealings to contractual readiness. You will oversee the performance governance of our current MNO partners while actively seeking new partnership opportunities within the MNO landscape and independent software vendors (ISVs). In addition, you will provide industry-aligned sales enablement materials and expert guidance to partner sales and product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
You will lead initiatives to “productize” offerings that highlight the full capabilities of Soprano, ensuring that contractual and commercial frameworks are updated to support effective growth through partnerships. Your role will involve identifying innovative business models that drive significant revenue opportunities and facilitating key buyer access to elevate relationships with strategic partners.
In collaboration with Regional Sales Directors, you will devise large-deal positioning strategies for qualified partner opportunities, contributing to compelling business proposals that drive sales orders. You will implement best practices for strategic deal value delivery throughout the sales cycle, utilizing structured methodologies to identify explicit needs and deliver maximum value.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a professional and appropriate demeanor in all client interactions, with a strong focus on delivering business value as part of a world-class team. Independence and self-direction are essential, as is the ability to conduct superior research and analysis to track and predict industry trends.
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and sell ideas persuasively. A strong understanding of various business practices and familiarity with our industry will be vital. Collaboration will be key, as you will work with executives, creative teams, and product development personnel to drive alignment and achieve strategic outcomes.
Experience in insights-led solution selling is crucial, particularly in preparing and presenting compelling investment propositions to large global companies. A background in marketing, product management, or solution consulting will provide a solid foundation for your success in this role.
