Project Overview

Our products team specializes in developing bot defense and anti-malvertising solutions tailored for AdTech companies. This includes overseeing the onboarding and integration processes for various stakeholders such as Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), agencies, and publishers. We offer protection solutions for diverse use cases and a customizable reporting console, alongside APIs that seamlessly connect our data to clients’ systems.

Key Responsibilities

As the lead for the entire supply chain process, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in AdTech operations. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with relevant AdTech regulations, similar to GDPR, by identifying adherence levels and potential violations. You will conduct in-depth analyses of company processes to evaluate compliance across all clients, pinpointing both overarching and specific issues.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing strategies to address compliance gaps, recognizing that violations can lead to legal repercussions and financial penalties. You will present your findings and proposed action plans to executive leadership, including VPs, securing their approval and alignment on compliance initiatives.

Once plans are approved, you will drive their execution by collaborating with internal teams, ensuring effective implementation of solutions. Providing coaching and consultation to various teams will be essential, as you help them grasp and correctly apply compliance measures in their projects. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver presentations to business stakeholders, clearly communicating compliance risks, solutions, and strategies to ensure a comprehensive understanding and buy-in from leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Extensive experience in the AdTech industry
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• Strong understanding of Computer Science principles
• Experience in taking full ownership of a module/component of a system
• Willingness or interest in diving deep into the AdTech Supply Chain and working long-term within a niche domain
• Fluent English
• Provide coaching and consultation to teams, helping them understand and correctly apply compliance measures within their projects
• Prepare and deliver presentations for business stakeholders, effectively communicating compliance risks, solutions, and strategies to ensure understanding and approval from leadership
