Action Labs is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage creative projects within our dynamic Creative team. The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration among team members, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role is essential in bringing our clients’ vision to life across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Project planning: Work closely with project manager(s) and the accountant to develop a clear project scope and charter that provides a clear action plan, detailing resources, budgets, and timeframe for projects. Moreover, participate in meetings to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Project supervision and coordination: Work closely with marketing strategists, graphic designers, video editors, and producers to develop and maintain a cohesive and smooth project workflow. Schedule regular meetings to ensure project tasks are communicated to all stakeholders, completed on time, and meet quality standards.
- Project supervision: Monitor project progress, provide updates to stakeholders, and maintain a clear communication channel about current tasks, changes in deadlines, and deliverables.
- Budget management: Work closely with the accountant to monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Risk management: Identify and evaluate potential problems and technical challenges in order to develop contingency plans to reduce their risk or mitigate their impact.
- Documentation and correspondence: Manage all project-related paperwork, ensuring all materials are current, properly filed, and stored for easy access. Review project correspondences by assisting in the preparation and review of project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
- Process improvement: Suggest and recommend new digital tools and innovative strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and project quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Business.
- Experience: Experience working in a client-centric or project-based organization is preferred. Experience in project management is desirable.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken, is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace is required.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
- This position requires in-person attendance. Standard work hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- The workweek is Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday designated as days off.
