Position: Commercial Director Facility Management
Location: Cairo Egypt
Contract Details: Fulltime

Position Overview:
The Commercial Director will be responsible for driving the companys commercial strategy securing new business managing client relationships and ensuring that financial targets are met. This role will oversee all aspects of the commercial department including bidding contract negotiations and revenue growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the companys commercial strategy to achieve business growth and financial performance.
- Lead the bidding and tendering process for new contracts ensuring competitive and profitable offers.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients stakeholders and partners.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the facility management sector.
- Collaborate with finance operations and project teams to ensure commercial objectives align with the overall company goals.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and potential business risks providing recommendations for action.
- Report on commercial performance highlighting key metrics and proposing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling and crossselling to existing clients.
- Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of commercial reports and financial forecasts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field (Masters preferred).
- 10 years of experience in a commercial management role within facility management is a must.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with contract management.
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
