We re looking for a Nursing Manager of Head Nurse who is ready and deployable on or before Dec 1 2024
Job responsibilities
- Assisting with and coordinating patient care Allocating nursing and healthcare resources where needed
- Organizing nurses notes regarding patients
- Providing patient paperwork to doctors
- Coordinating patient payments with payments department or process payments on their own
- Participating in the hiring of new nursing staff and training new hires
- Creating schedules for nursing staff
- Resolving employee conflicts
- Resolving patient issues
- Creating reports for facility management
- Placing orders for equipment and supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a registered nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care.
- Indepth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible and compassionate.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Patient with excellent problemsolving skills.
- B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.
- A valid nursing license.
- Verified Datafow and Saudi License
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Masters Degree in Nursing
