Reporting to the Front Office Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage operations of the health club.
- Develop and implement a Membership growth strategy covering Sales Marketing and retention in order to deliver volume and income growth against ambitious targets.
- Working together with our Marketing Team in creating and updating membership collateral and marketing materials including letters flyers for upcoming events welcome packets fact sheets directories surveys and others.
- Ensure the effective operating of the residence memberships and other membership programs.
- Maintain all membership databases and ensure timely renewal.
- Ensure the membership team provides excellent customer service throughout the entire journey of the guest experience.
- Promote and organize fitness programs and activities for in house guest/ members and group guests
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and program improvement.
- Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.
- Liaise with hotel departments.
- Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members.
- Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
- Maintain awareness of department security related to cash stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members clients and guests.
- Uphold the highest standard of customer service and guest health & safety by demonstrating and applying Fairmont Hotel service standards at all times.
Qualifications :
- A passion for wellness
- Previous experience in a luxury environment is an asset
- Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fastpaced changing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required with a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Energetic individual who is able to prioritize to complete many diverse tasks concurrently
- Computer literacy in Office Word Excel is an asset
