We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in the placement of IT experts. Main Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and agencies. You will be responsible for proactively contacting agencies and companies that are seeking skilled IT developers. Your ability to respond swiftly and effectively to inquiries will be critical in capturing new business opportunities.
A significant part of your role will involve the persuasive presentation of our IT experts to potential customers. You will need to showcase their skills, expertise, and the value they bring to various projects. By understanding client needs and aligning them with the right talent, you will facilitate successful placements that enhance our reputation and client satisfaction.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is vital. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, ensure seamless communication, and foster long-term partnerships. Your efforts in creating a positive experience will not only lead to repeat business but also generate referrals, further expanding our network.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in sales, ideally within the IT sector. A solid understanding of the industry will enable you to communicate effectively with both clients and IT professionals. Fluency in German is essential, along with good English skills, as you will be interacting with diverse clients across different markets.
Strong IT knowledge is a must. You should be comfortable discussing technical concepts and the services our developers provide. Familiarity with tools such as MS Office and MS Teams is also required, as you will use these platforms for communication, presentations, and project management.
Desirable Qualifications
While not mandatory, experience in recruiting will be a significant advantage. Understanding the recruitment process will help you identify and place the right candidates quickly and efficiently.
