Spa Manager
Responsible for the oversight of all spa operations. This includes leadership of spa teams supporting the overall spa pool and fitness operation quality and guest experience as well as team motivation is a key component to managing and overseeing the daily operations. This position must ensure colleague satisfaction guest satisfaction financial success health & safety and environmental stewardship.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing spa services/Ordering spa equipment/ensuring its proper functioning
- Ensuring an excellent spa and guest experience
- Recording daily cash flow/perform accounting duties
- Generating financial statements and sales reports
- Answering customer inquiries
- Appraising employee performance/assess employee performance
- Schedule guest appointments
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies
- Maintaining client databases
- Maintaining spa industry knowledge
- Adjusting the spa menu
- Ensuring client service standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable health regulations and hygiene standards
- Setting spa budgets
- Preparing staff and facility schedules/coordinate programs
- Introducing staff training programs
- Building relationships with local businesses
- Scheduling events
- Following corporate policies
- Running promotional campaigns
Qualifications :
- Qualifications and experience in Massage therapies Wellness Health and beauty .
- Minimum 3 years experience in a hospitality senior position.
- Fluent in English
