- Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when fault is detected
- Assist Management employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives
- Coordinate with various departments and government agencies on routine matters and during emergency
- Monitor back of house areas with particular attention to unauthorized entry and exit points
- Maintains records in respective Log Books for future reference
- Keep Manager or Crisis Management Team informed on the latest development of situation in a crisis
- Conduct inventory on keys passes walkietalkies pagers and all other accountable stock
- Ensure the cleanliness of Hotel Security Room and the surrounding areas
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
- Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
- Flexible with shifts working time as per operation required
- Received the materials and equipments from suppliers with finance team
- Attend all briefings meetings and trainings as assigned by management
- Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
- Take tour around the hotel and all facilities every 2 hours
- Cover your colleagues during the day on break time.
- Check the crisis team members list for each shift make sure all information is there for emergency cases.
- Assist the billman for wakeup call requests if guest not answering
- Make your daily report with all details during the day submitted to security manager before end of the day
- Monitoring all the hotel operation and follow up any case according to security and solve the problem and reported immediately
- Monitor our heartiest and guest on duty and make sure everything goes smoothly all around the hotel
- Check all parking area and make sure there is nothing blocked the way.
Maintain highest standards of security within the hotel premises. Be vigilant and react fast when situations arise.
Qualifications :
- Post Secondary school education with professional Security qualifications preferred
- Minimum 2 3 years experience in a similar role is desirable in a 5 star hotel with at least 1 year at a supervisory role.
