Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in connecting top-tier IT experts with agencies and companies. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and operates on a generous contingency fee basis, allowing you to maximize your earnings while enjoying a work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Proactive Outreach: You will actively contact potential clients and agencies to introduce our services. Your goal will be to respond promptly to inquiries from companies seeking skilled IT developers, positioning our experts as the best solution for their needs.

  2. Presentation of IT Experts: You will be responsible for crafting compelling presentations that showcase the capabilities of our IT professionals. This involves understanding both the technical skills of our developers and the specific needs of our clients, ensuring that the right match is made.

  3. Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients will be crucial. You will be expected to engage in regular follow-ups and maintain communication to understand their evolving needs, ensuring long-term partnerships that benefit both parties.

Desired candidate profile

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in sales is required, preferably within the IT sector. Your background should include a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is essential, along with good English skills. This will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and partners.

  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IT concepts and services is critical. This will allow you to effectively communicate the value of our developers and their capabilities to potential clients.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as MS Office and MS Teams is necessary to manage your workflow and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Desirable Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruiting IT professionals can enhance your effectiveness in understanding client needs and presenting suitable candidates.

  • Outsourcing/Outstaffing Knowledge: Familiarity with various outsourcing and outstaffing models will give you an edge in tailoring our services to meet client demands and expand our reach in the market.
