Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals for the role of KOL Business Development Executive/Manager at our leading crypto trading platform. Our exchange offers one of the highest commission rates in the industry, reflecting our commitment to rewarding top performance.

Target Markets:

We aim to expand our presence across multiple regions and are looking to fill positions in the following areas:

• Europe: France, Germany, and other countries (2-3 positions available)
• South Korea: (2-3 positions available)
• CIS Region: (2-3 positions available)
• LATAM: (2-3 positions available)

Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of their current location or spoken language, as long as they can effectively cover one of the specified market regions.

For those who have not yet reached the specified trading volumes, we offer an alternative opportunity. Candidates may join as partners on a commission-only basis, allowing you to build your trading volume over time. This pathway provides the chance to demonstrate your capabilities and achieve the required KPIs/targets to qualify for a basic salary and transition into a full-time employee role.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Industry Experience: You must have direct experience working with prominent crypto exchanges, including but not limited to Bybit, OKX, BitMEX, FTX, Huobi, Deribit, Kraken, Gate.io, Phemex, dYdX, Bitget, Binance US, KuCoin, Crypto.com, Coinbase Pro, LedgerX, MEXC, or other exchanges of similar standing.

2. Business Development Experience: A minimum of one year of experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager in a crypto exchange environment is essential. This experience should include a strong understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to drive growth.

3. Performance Metrics: You should have a proven track record of achieving substantial trading volumes, specifically a minimum of $30 million per month (or $1 million per day) in your previous roles. This requirement underscores the importance of having a results-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver under pressure.
