A dual property role our Director of Revenue executes and oversees hotel strategies to ensure STR index gains meet the hotels portfolio objectives.
Some of the key duties will include but not limited to:
- Develops and implements propertyspecific action plans as necessary to address performance deficiencies.
- Focus on trend recognition demand anticipation and opportunity analysis.
- Develop and implement systems practices and tools aimed at these revenues through balancing demand and revenue maximization techniques.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Hotel Revenue Management experience could be in a similar role or a Senior Revenue Manager looking to step up.
- Proven working Knowledge of GDS revenue management systems and all distribution systems.
- Sales knowledge and an understanding of market segments with the Australian hospitality sector.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite with an expertise in Excel.
- Possess knowledge of accounts and budgeting along with the ability to compile facts/figures and analyze information that involves data manipulation or interpretation to arrive at logical conclusions.
- You have exceptional analytical and communication skills with an ability to think outside the box to find creative and innovative solutions.
- Ability to influence with presentation of data and strategies
- Previous experience using Opera Cloud and EzRMS will be highly regarded.
