Roles and responsibilities

  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage subcontractor payments.
  • Resource Allocation:

    • Optimize resource allocation based on project needs.
    • Assess the availability of labor and materials.
    • Adjust allocations as project demands change.
  • Workforce Planning:

    • Develop workforce plans to meet project requirements.
    • Forecast labor needs based on project schedules.
    • Coordinate recruitment efforts as necessary.
    • Promote cultural competence among team members.
    • Address any cultural challenges on-site.
    • Ensure respectful interactions among diverse groups.
    • Develop communication plans for crisis situations.
    • Ensure timely and accurate information is shared.
    • Financial Management:
