الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepare the concept design inspiration mood board and material selection in accordance to the design program and requirements.
- Provide the 3D modeling and detailed design of interior spaces and exterior architecture.
- Proven postqualification experience in producing highquality architectural / interior still images and animations.
- Fully conversant in using and creating modeling from architectural plans sketches and elevations and knowledge of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Experience with animation video and compositing would be beneficial.
- Ability to create extremely photorealistic Exterior Landscape Visuals and Animation using VRay/Corona Renderer and advanced Lumion.
- Select the look and feel of materials and furniture and assist in the selection of furniture items and objects.
Requirements
- Experience: From 3 years experience to 5 years.
- Degree in Architecture or interior design.
- Ability to take on multiple tasks and coordinate to ensure they are delivered on time.
- 3 years of professional experience in a similar position and a solid work portfolio.
- Strong conceptual 3D modeling graphic and design skills.
- Must be an expert user of 3D Max Vray corona Autocad Adobe Photoshop suite.
- Must have a strong design portfolio including 3D rendering of residential and commercial projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Bachelor s degree in engineering preferably in Civil or Architecture 2 4 years of experience in the Property Delivery department. Communication skills - Interpersonal skills. Presentation skills Precise, organized, and self-motivated
