Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a long-term collaboration with a freelancer who can dedicate approximately 30 hours each month to the following tasks:

1. SEO Management: This involves ongoing monitoring of our web pages, conducting keyword analyses, and making necessary content edits. It's important to note that technical SEO will be handled separately, with collaboration and mutual exchanges for best results.

2. Content Creation: Each month, we expect the freelancer to produce 2-3 articles for our blog that have strong SEO relevance. This requires thorough thematic research to ensure the articles are aligned with current trends and keywords.

3. Translation Services: Once the articles are created, they will need to be translated into four additional languages. We prefer using Deepl for translations, followed by internal proofreading conducted by native speakers to ensure quality and accuracy.

4. Marketing Campaign Development: The freelancer will also be responsible for creating discount and marketing campaigns that are closely linked to the articles. This includes crafting compelling mailings that engage our audience and drive traffic.

5. Newsletter Creation: We need the freelancer to design and send out 2-3 newsletters or targeted customer mailings each month. This should include content in both German and the other languages required for our audience.

6. Social Media Management: Finally, the freelancer will be expected to generate 4-5 posts for our Instagram and Facebook accounts each month. These posts should resonate with our audience and promote our articles and campaigns effectively.

Desired candidate profile

We emphasize that we are looking for a dedicated freelancer, not an agency, to maintain a consistent and personalized approach to our brand. It’s essential that the freelancer is fluent in German, as this will be the primary language for communication and content creation.
