Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will tackle exciting challenges that include:

• Risk Analysis: Conducting thorough risk assessments and evaluations specifically in the areas of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
• Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to Non-Financial Risk (NFR) governance, focusing on both content accuracy and timely implementation.
• Project Management: Developing milestone plans and closely monitoring progress to achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborating with leads and relevant stakeholders to identify and address pertinent risks effectively.
• Tool Evaluations: Participating in software selection processes, working alongside stakeholders from the 2nd Line of Defense and leadership teams.

Desired candidate profile

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

• A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and familiarity with the banking environment.
• Knowledge of Minimum Requirements for Risk Management (MaRisk) and other relevant legal regulations.
• A hands-on mentality coupled with a high level of personal responsibility and proactivity.
• Excellent command of German and good English, both spoken and written.
