Your Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will take on essential challenges that are pivotal to our clients’ compliance and risk management strategies, particularly in the areas of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering). Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Risk Analysis and Evaluation: You will conduct comprehensive risk analyses, assessing potential threats in the KYC/AML domain. This includes identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies to safeguard our clients' operations.

2. Compliance Oversight: Ensuring adherence to Non-Financial Risk (NFR) governance is critical. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance both in terms of content and timing, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

3. Milestone Planning and Monitoring: You will create detailed milestone plans to track project progress, ensuring that all objectives are met within the established timelines. Your organizational skills will be vital in maintaining clarity and focus throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaboration is key. You will coordinate with leads and relevant stakeholders to identify and address pertinent risks, fostering an open dialogue that promotes proactive risk management.

5. Tool Evaluations: In collaboration with stakeholders from the 2nd Line of Defense, you will participate in tool evaluations for software selection processes. Your insights will help determine the most effective solutions to support our compliance and risk management efforts.
