Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated freelancer for a long-term collaboration, with an expected monthly commitment of around 30 hours. The primary focus of this partnership will be the ongoing management and enhancement of our online presence, particularly through effective SEO strategies and engaging content creation.

Monthly Responsibilities

1. SEO Management:

   • You will be responsible for monitoring our web pages’ performance and conducting thorough keyword analyses. This involves editing content to improve its SEO relevance. Please note that while technical SEO tasks will be handled elsewhere, there will be a collaborative exchange of information to ensure alignment and optimization.

2. Content Creation:

   • Each month, you will create 2-3 high-quality articles for our blog. These articles should be thematically relevant and designed to drive traffic through strong SEO practices. You will conduct thematic research to ensure the content meets our audience's needs and interests.

3. Article Translation:

   • After the creation of the articles, you will translate them into four additional languages. We recommend using Deepl for initial translations, followed by internal proofreading loops conducted by native speakers to ensure accuracy and cultural relevance before publication.

4. Marketing Campaign Development:

   • You will be tasked with developing marketing campaigns that are closely linked to the blog articles. This includes formulating discount offers and promotional strategies aimed at engaging our audience effectively.

5. Newsletter Creation and Dispatch:

   • Creating and dispatching 2-3 newsletters and/or targeted customer mailings is another critical aspect of your role. These communications will need to be crafted in German and translated into other languages, ensuring they resonate with our diverse customer base.

6. Social Media Management:

   • To maintain an active online presence, you will create and schedule 4-5 posts for our Instagram and Facebook accounts each month. These posts should be visually appealing and engaging, aligning with the content of the blog articles and overall marketing campaigns.
