Job Summary
The job holder will be responsible for automotive Vehicle order guides Order Work Bench prepare the specs summary and communicate with suppliers in regard to orders and logistical issues.
Responsibilities
Adheres to all processes and procedures set forward by the Ordering Department.
Break down the vehicle order guides into simple excel summaries for the different trim levels for all models
Communicates with manufacturer to resolve system issues and make sure all orders are placed within the set guidelines.
Keep track of orders and make sure they are build and shipped in the agreed timelines with the manufacturer.
Performs all the required research on new products that are due to be launched.
Keep track of the ordered variants/colors and take corrective action on the slowmoving ones.
Education
Bachelor of Business Administration or any related field
