Roles and responsibilities

• Quality Management
o Defining of Testcases
o Creation of Test Customers
o Running of Batch Test Scenarios
o Checking the Test Invoices

• Execution of Regression test for PSM Package Delivery (Product Service Manager Module of Customer Care and Billing System)
• Analyzing the Test results of Services, Products, Tariffs and Promo Delivery (PSM Package)
• Esecution of Regressiontest for CBM Package Deilvery (Customer Billing Manager Module of Customer Care and Billing System)
• Analyzing the Test results of Layout Delivery (CBM Package)
• Troubleshooting and fixing database related issues. .

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge in BSS- und OSS-Systems
• Very good knowledge in relational Oracle Databases, SQL, UNIX, LINUX and PERL
• Goof Knowledge of MS-Office Products and Documentation methods
• General Knwoledge of Billing Systems
• Ability to work independently on one or more complex tasks
• Good communication skills
• Good time management/planning skills
• Challenging, inquisitive, logical and straight talking
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Able to maintain a high level of initiative, motivation, drive, goal orientation, and positive moral

Desired candidate profile

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-6 Overall years of experience
• Operational/Engineering experience in the IT domain
• Team player and ability to interact with customers directly
• Excellent communication skills
• Database Certification
• Linux Certification

• Good level of German language is good to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
• Master's degree may be preferred.
• CompTIAA+ or Network+ certification may be advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a systems engineer.
• Familiarity with operating systems, such as Linux and UNIX.
• Experience with database management software, such as MySQL, Oracle RDBMS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Perl, Ruby, and Python.
• Good knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP, IP, and OSI models.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
