- Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting store manager as needed.
- Ensures an accurate & timely month, quarter & year-end closing providing all necessary regular & irregular analysis.
- Maintaining the Chart of WBS, AUC creation, profit, and cost centers related to the development activities to ensure adequate and proper classification among FS presentations.
- Prepare the monthly reconciliation for the management reports.
- Ensure a clean & timely year-end audit and assist with financial audits, prepare audit schedules, and interface with auditors.
- Responsible for preparing and distributing timely, accurate the actual VS budget statement across all fixed assets along with all the analytical reports related and non-related to the financial statements.
- Participate in special projects, ERP implementation, system enhancements, or ad hoc analyses as assigned.
- Ensure that the provided data to the management are reliable and with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure that all the financial transactions are properly accounted for in the General Ledger and in the correct cost and profit centers, and WBS.
- Maintaining accurate cost recognition, capitalization databases, and inventory analysis per unit for all our development projects.
- Ensure all month-end entries are passed in the system.
- Monitoring bookings of accruals, provision use, and no longer required.
Desired candidate profile
To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an assistant manager. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.
