Roles and responsibilities

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass several vital aspects that contribute to our brand’s growth and customer satisfaction. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role; you will work closely with User Researchers, Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers throughout the product lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in eCommerce, particularly one who has experience working on conversion funnels. Your proficiency in conducting user research will be essential in understanding our customers’ needs and preferences. Ideally, you should possess around 5 years of experience in Product Design, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully shipping products.

• You’ve strong design experience within ecommerce, having worked on conversion funnels
• You’re confident conducting user research
• You’ve got around 5+ years experience within Product Design
• You’ve got experience shipping a product
• You’re comfortable working at pace
• You’re adaptable, happy to embrace a more startup-esque environment
