As our Content Management Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our company by:
- Support Content Operations: Provide administrative support to the Content Management department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing communication channels, and tracking task progress.
- Content Coordination: Prepare detailed content requests for the marketing team, outlining creative requirements to facilitate project execution.
- Leadership Backup: Handle organizational responsibilities during the Content Manager’s absences, ensuring continuity and workflow efficiency.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily reports and track performance data, offering insights to help the department meet its goals.
- Material Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to content creators and specialists, keeping projects on schedule.
- Task Audits: Regularly review tasks for accuracy, relevance, and consistency, contributing to the quality of content management processes.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Assist in managing editorial calendars and scheduling content publication, aligning with strategic priorities.

Desired candidate profile
⚡All you need is…
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or as a task manager.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, provide concise updates, and effectively collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
