We are seeking a talented WordPress Developer to become a key member of our dynamic web development team. Your contributions will ensure that our clients’ sites not only look great but also rank well on search engines, thanks to your expertise in technical SEO and the use of analytical tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.

Key Responsibilities

As a WordPress Developer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Website Design and Development: You will design, develop, and optimize WordPress websites to enhance both aesthetics and performance. This includes customizing themes and plugins to meet specific client needs while adhering to SEO best practices.

2. Front-End Integration: You will utilize front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to style and integrate content seamlessly. Your skills in creating responsive design elements will be essential, as you will employ page builders like Elementor and WPBakery.

3. Performance Optimization: Ensuring that websites are optimized for speed and scalability is crucial. You will conduct detailed website performance and SEO audits using tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

4. Code Maintenance and Documentation: Maintaining and documenting reusable code and architecture is essential for easy transfer and scalability. Your organizational skills will help ensure that all development processes are streamlined and efficient.

5. User Experience Enhancement: You will resolve issues and enhance user experience based on analytical insights and performance metrics. Your ability to interpret data will inform decisions and drive improvements in website functionality.

6. Industry Awareness: Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in web development and SEO is vital. You will continuously seek to expand your knowledge and apply new techniques to our projects.

7. Content Updates: You will also be responsible for updating content using OpenAI platform prompts, ensuring that all client websites remain current and engaging.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record as a WordPress Developer with strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and at least basic knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP. A solid understanding of technical SEO, along with experience using SEMrush and Google Search Console, is essential.
