As an Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of our team, driving the efficiency of our operational processes within the dynamic landscape of the crypto asset industry. This role involves collaborating with various cross-functional teams, including finance, trading, and product development, to execute critical operational tasks that ensure seamless functioning across all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. You will analyze diverse streams of trading and transaction data, as well as user behavior, to identify areas for process improvement and eliminate inefficiencies. Additionally, you will conduct liquidity planning, managing funds across bank accounts and liquidity providers to optimize our financial resources.

Managing credit lines and overseeing settlement processes will be essential to facilitate smooth transactions. You will be tasked with exporting reports from liquidity providers, analyzing the data, and documenting relevant findings to support decision-making. Investigating and resolving unmatched transactions is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, and you will play a key role in executing over-the-counter (OTC) trades and managing associated processes.

Monitoring payment service provider transactions is another vital aspect of your role. You will address inquiries and chargebacks, providing exceptional customer support in collaboration with the client relations team. Additionally, monitoring the performance of card processors and identifying operational issues will be part of your responsibilities.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. Ideally, you will have 1-3 years of experience in financial operations within the crypto asset industry or related financial sectors, such as trading firms.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a keen attention to detail, are essential. A solid understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and trading platforms will be advantageous. Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to generate reports and dashboards are also crucial for this role.

Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration across teams, and experience in executing OTC trades is a plus. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and able to adapt to tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Additionally, a willingness to work on a shift basis is required.
