Years of Experience (YOE): 5Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in creating visual designs for architectural or urban projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Strong understanding of branding typography color theory and design standards.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Design Creation:
- Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing materials presentations and project documentation ensuring consistency with the projects brand identity.
- Design logos brochures signage and other promotional materials that accurately reflect the projects architectural identity and cultural context.
- Collaborative Development:
- Work closely with the project team to understand the projects vision and goals ensuring that all visual elements are aligned with overall objectives.
- Collaborate with other designers architects and stakeholders to create integrated design solutions that enhance project communication and engagement.
- Branding and Identity:
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual representation across all project materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and techniques integrating innovative ideas into project work to elevate the visual impact.
- Project Presentation:
- Prepare highquality visual presentations for client meetings public consultations and marketing initiatives ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Create infographics and visual aids that effectively communicate complex information and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Quality Control:
- Review and edit designs to ensure accuracy quality and adherence to project standards before final production or distribution.
- Conduct regular audits of design materials to maintain high standards and ensure relevance to project objectives.
Desired Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work particularly in architectural or urban design contexts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of presenting ideas clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with web design principles and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

- Proactive adaptable and open to feedback with a willingness to refine designs based on input from the project team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Job Types: Fulltime Contract
Contract length: 12 months
