Roles and responsibilities

We are excited to announce an opening for a Business Development Associate to join our dynamic Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) team operating throughout Europe. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in business development, foster relationships with key players in the industry, and contribute significantly to our revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Associate, your primary tasks will include identifying, researching, and qualifying new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will play a supportive role to our Business Development Managers, assisting in the development and execution of strategic client approaches. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing engaging client presentations, comprehensive proposals, and detailed sales reports.

A vital part of your role will involve managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales pipelines accurately and ensure precise data entry. You will also coordinate and participate in meetings, conferences, and various industry events, acting as a key representative of our team. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our solutions align with the specific needs of our clients, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business


Desired candidate profile

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the pharmaceutical or CDMO sectors. Proficiency in French is highly desirable, as it will enable effective communication with a broader range of clients.

Successful candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. We value a results-oriented mindset, along with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is essential, as these tools will be integral to your daily responsibilities.
