Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Premium Dining Head Waiter or Head Waitress to join our prestigious team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences while displaying outstanding leadership qualities. You will oversee the service operations, ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable culinary experience. In this role, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with both guests and staff to create a harmonious and memorable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus, making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the system and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guests' needs to ensure a memorable
• dining experience.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests or complaints.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accuracy of payments and change given.
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area, including tables, chairs, and table settings.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area before and after service.
• Work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Handle cash and non-cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures
• Deliver an exceptional fine dining experience to guests while ensuring high standards of service and adherence to restaurant protocols.

Desired candidate profile

The ideal applicant will have a strong background in cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. Familiarity with MICROS point-of-sale systems is essential, as this will be crucial for daily operations and providing excellent customer service.
