Key Responsibilities

As an Outreach Specialist, you will conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential business clients, identifying and engaging key decision-makers interested in our catering services. You'll be responsible for managing customer data and tracking interactions using CRM systems, ensuring a seamless communication process. Your research skills will be invaluable as you utilize tools like Google Maps to identify new potential clients, as well as re-engaging previous customers to generate repeat business.

Setting appointments for further discussions or sales closures will be a critical aspect of your role, as will compiling weekly activity reports that detail call volumes and success rates. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on our company's success while honing your sales and customer service abilities.

Job Highlights

• Hourly Rate: USD 4.90 (equivalent in your local currency)
• Paid Hours per Week: 40
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM Los Angeles time
• Work Arrangement: Permanent work-from-home
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Desired candidate profile

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience in B2B sales or appointment setting. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills are essential, alongside a strong ability to conduct research and generate leads. The ability to handle 100+ calls per day is a must, and candidates should be available to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
