Key Responsibilities:

As our Business Analyst, you will work collaboratively with teams across the organization to maximize the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Your expertise will be essential in uncovering areas for enhancement and ensuring that our systems support our strategic objectives.

Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer data and engagement patterns. You will play a crucial role in launching new sales and marketing initiatives by creating targeted customer segments and monitoring their responses. Evaluating the effectiveness of our marketing efforts will be key, as will designing sophisticated optimization strategies for acquisition and retention campaigns.

You will keep a close watch on business performance, maintaining a proactive approach to continuously improve business outcomes. Your ability to evaluate customer online behavior will provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the client experience, ensuring that we stay ahead in this competitive industry.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in business process analysis, user requirements development, and documentation. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the iGaming or betting industry is a must, as this knowledge will be critical to your success. Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of SQL, which will enable you to effectively analyze data and support decision-making processes.

You should also be willing to relocate to Sofia or travel frequently as required by the role. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is essential, as you will be collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
