Roles and responsibilities
As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll spearhead our catering expansion efforts. You’ll engage with a variety of businesses, from schools to movie studios, introducing our mouth-watering menu and setting up appointments. This role blends sales acumen with customer service excellence, offering a unique opportunity to directly impact company growth. You’ll use your communication skills to re-engage past clients and cultivate new relationships, all while working remotely in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Job Highlights
- Hourly Rate: USD 4.9, the equivalent in your local currency
- Paid Hours per Week: 40
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Los Angeles time
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential business clients
- Identify and engage decision-makers for catering services
- Manage customer data and track interactions using CRM systems
- Research and identify new potential clients using tools like Google Maps
- Re-engage previous customers to generate repeat business
- Set appointments for further discussions or sales closures
- Compile weekly activity reports, including call volumes and success rates

Requirements
- Customer Relationship Management: Effectively re-engaging previous customers to drive repeat business.
- Appointment Setting: Skillfully scheduling meetings for in-depth discussions or finalizing sales.
- Data Analysis: Compiling and analyzing weekly activity reports, including call volumes and success rates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- B2B sales or appointment setting experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Strong research and lead generation abilities
- Capacity to handle 100+ calls per day
- Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours
