- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s websites, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Managed product listings, uploaded new products, updated descriptions, and ensured accurate pricing and inventory levels.
- Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
- Monitor website performance, including loading speed, responsiveness, and functionality, addressing any issues promptly.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to create and maintain engaging content that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Ensure that all visual and written content on the website reflects the latest trends in fashion and meets the expectations of our target audience.
- Regularly update the website with new content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Track and analyze website metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data, to identify areas for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on website performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about website updates and improvements.
- Ensure a positive user experience by regularly testing website features and functionalities.
- Address customer inquiries and issues related to the website, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Work with customer service teams to streamline the online shopping experience and enhance customer satisfaction.
Desired candidate profile
Requirements
*Proven experience as a Website Manager, preferably in the fashion and wholesale industry.
*Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify and Magento), content management systems (CMS), and SEO best practices.
*Experience with B2B e-commerce and wholesale website management is highly preferred.
*Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
*Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Experience in fashion and wholesale markets, with an understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
*Basic knowledge of web development and design principles.
*Familiarity with fashion-related content creation and digital marketing strategies.
