Construction Manager - Residential

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our residential project in Madinah Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and progress reports

Coordinate with clients contractors and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner

Manage project resources including labor materials and equipment

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Review and approve project plans specifications and change orders

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members including contractors and subcontractors

Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and clients

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project integration and alignment with company goals and objectives

Maintain a strong understanding of local building codes regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 15 years of experience in residential construction management preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region

Proven track record of successfully managing largescale residential projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and techniques

Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage budgets schedules and resources effectively

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Experience with project management software and tools

Knowledge of local building codes regulations and industry best practices

Fluency in English is required Arabic language skills are a plus
