General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop the dashboard and reports that the project team is require getting data from the PMIS and various sources.
- Develop and oversite the PMIS implementation and making sure that the PMIS and all related subsystems are operational and backup up as per project policies.
- Develop and oversite the implementation of the PMIS
- Communicate with all stakeholders making sure that all requirements are met in regards to the PMIS and coordinate for keeping the system operational.
- Develop and maintain the implementation of the communication protocol and all the related policies.
- Create the data structure for the PMIS and its subsystems.
- Ensure that access control is deployed and in compliance with project requirements and coordinate or standardization of the setups such as user rights project calendar monthly reporting calendar reporting templates dashboards work breakdown structure dictionary etc.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the system including integration with other software applications and for this purpose he will work closely with the IT Department in order to follow IT policies and application interface requirements.
- Manage the document control system SharePoint and Aconex.
- Communicate with all stakeholders and coordinate for problem solving facilitate system requests and enhancements and provide support to the system users.
- Communicate with project stakeholders of the relevant Quality Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Policies Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university in related subject ( Information Technology and related discipline)
- Professional experience of at least 8 years including Project Management Program in large construction projects.
- Must have experience iin Primavera P6 Tilos and Power BI.
- Experience in reporting platform and database queries.
- Possessing oral and editorial communication skills.
- The ability to provide guidance to individuals and train them during their job.
- Experience in project management programs.
- Experience in the automation of procedures.
- Possessing an experience in modern techniques for innovation in projects.
