We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Makkah Saudi Arabia. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities are carried out in accordance with quality standards and procedures as well as client requirements. This is a fulltime position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system for all project activities
Monitor and evaluate project processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements
Provide training and guidance to project team members on quality management principles and practices
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and resolve quality issues
Maintain documentation and records related to quality management activities
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients as needed
Stay uptodate with industry best practices and regulations related to quality management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management preferably in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of quality management principles practices and tools
Experience with ISO 9001 certification is highly desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
