Job Description

The Recruitment Analyst is responsible for analyzing recruitment data assessing the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and providing insights to optimize the hiring process. This role involves tracking recruitment metrics preparing reports and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets. The Recruitment Analyst collaborates with recruitment managers to ensure datadriven decisions are made to enhance recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on recruitment metrics including timetohire offer acceptance rates and candidate satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with recruitment managers to provide insights that improve recruitment processes.
  • Track key recruitment performance indicators and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support the recruitment team in developing datadriven strategies to meet hiring targets.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • KPI: Ensure 100% accuracy in data analysis and report generation.
    • KPI: Provide insights that lead to a 10% improvement in recruitment efficiency.
    • KPI: Deliver reports with 95% ontime submission to stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Metrics Evaluation:
    • KPI: Achieve a 15% improvement in timetohire through process optimization based on data analysis.
    • KPI: Maintain 90% satisfaction from recruitment managers regarding the quality of insights provided.
    • KPI: Achieve a 95% offer acceptance rate by analyzing candidate preferences and improving the offer process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • KPI: Achieve 90% satisfaction from department heads on the relevance and usefulness of recruitment reports.
    • KPI: Ensure 85% of recruitment strategies are datadriven and aligned with business needs.
    • KPI: Maintain 100% compliance with reporting standards and timelines.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting and evaluating recruitment data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Data Analytics or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment analytics or HR analytics.
  • A No Objection Certificate (NOC) may be required from the current or previous employer if applicable.
  • Valid QID (Qatar ID)
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
