Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and resultsdriven Solar Sales Executive to join our Business Development team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth. This role demands an indepth knowledge of the solar energy market strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for solar inverters and solar panels to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of the solar energy market products and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers suppliers and partners through networking trade shows and outreach activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service retention and satisfaction across all accounts.
- Monitor market trends and provide management with insights on product developments.
- Assist in forecasting order processing and inventory management based on market data.
- Oversee sales support activities such as invoice submission proposal preparation and payment collection.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth processing and delivery of products.
- Retain and expand market share for assigned product categories within each account.
- Build and execute strategic plans to achieve longterm sales growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in solar energy sales or a similar role within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of the solar energy market and its products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of working independently.
