Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Concept Development:

   • Create storyboards and animatics to visualize the flow of animations and key scenes.

2. Design and Animation:

   • Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop) to create high-quality motion graphics and animations.
   • Design characters, environments, and assets for various projects, ensuring consistency with the overall aesthetic and brand guidelines.

3. Video Editing:

   • Edit video content to integrate motion graphics seamlessly, enhancing storytelling and engagement.
   • Work with raw footage to create polished final products, ensuring synchronization of visual and audio elements.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with marketing, advertising, and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
   • Participate in creative meetings and contribute ideas to elevate the overall quality of the projects.

5. Feedback and Revisions:

   • Present designs and animations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to meet project expectations.
   • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

6. Research and Trends:

   • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to continually improve skills and knowledge.
   • Experiment with new styles and techniques to enhance creative output and keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
• Proven experience in motion graphics design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with 3D software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive criticism and work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
