Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Artist to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of artistic vision and technical skills, bringing ideas to life through engaging and visually compelling animations. This role requires a keen understanding of design principles, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various projects, including advertisements, promotional videos, social media content, and more.

• Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Transform static designs into dynamic visuals that enhance storytelling and engage audiences.

• Storyboarding: Develop storyboards that outline the visual flow of projects, ensuring that ideas are effectively communicated and aligned with the overall vision.

• Asset Creation: Design and produce graphic assets, including illustrations, typography, and visual elements that will be animated. Maintain a consistent style that aligns with the brand's identity.

• Editing and Compositing: Edit footage and integrate graphics into live-action videos. Use compositing techniques to ensure seamless integration and a polished final product.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including video editors, sound designers, and marketing specialists, to ensure cohesive project execution and adherence to deadlines.

• Feedback and Revisions: Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine animations and graphics. Be open to critique and adjust designs based on client and team input.

• Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, new software, and emerging technologies. Continuously seek to improve skills and incorporate new techniques into projects.

Desired candidate profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animation styles and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a bonus.
