Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and enhancing multi-page websites and real estate search platforms. Your creativity and technical skills will be essential as you create visually engaging and user-friendly designs that cater to the needs of our clients and end-users. You will take ownership of projects from inception to execution, ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include crafting compelling landing pages for special projects. You will present these designs to stakeholders, ensuring their vision aligns with our objectives. Once approved, you will hand off the designs to development teams, conducting design reviews to ensure fidelity to your original vision. Your designs will not only be visually appealing but also functional and aligned with our business goals.

In addition to creating new designs, you will be tasked with developing adaptive designs that work across various devices and platforms. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a smooth transfer of web products, emphasizing the importance of usability and user experience throughout the process.

Continuous improvement will be a significant part of your role. You will analyze existing web products, identifying areas for enhancement that balance aesthetics, user needs, and business objectives. Your ability to propose innovative solutions will be key in keeping our offerings competitive and engaging.

You will also build prototypes to demonstrate your ideas effectively, working in tandem with marketing teams and copywriters to create cohesive and impactful campaigns. This collaborative effort will ensure that our web presence not only looks good but also resonates with our target audience.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a candidate who can manage their workload independently while accurately assessing tasks and meeting deadlines. You should be comfortable starting projects from scratch, even when provided with minimal information, and thrive in creative challenges that require innovative thinking.

Proficiency in Figma is essential, especially for large-scale projects that involve the use of UI Kits, AutoLayout, and Components. Your understanding of the design process will encompass not only creative work but also the necessary systematization and adaptations required to meet managerial and business functionality priorities.

You should be able to balance aesthetics with practical requirements, ensuring that all designs align with our broader business objectives. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills will allow you to navigate the complexities of each project, creating designs that are both visually stunning and strategically sound.
