GRAPHIC DESIGNER DIGITAL MARKETING - AL BALADI HOLDING

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs across various media. This role involves collaborating with marketing content and other teams to develop branding marketing materials digital assets and other visual communications that align with the companys objectives. A successful candidate will have a strong eye for design creativity and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
• Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for both print and digital media including logos brochures banners websites social media and advertisements.
• Develop layouts illustrations and other design elements that align with branding guidelines and project goals.
• Ensure designs are optimized for usability and performance across different platforms (web mobile print).
• Branding & Identity:
• Maintain and update the companys brand identity across all design projects.
• Ensure consistency in the use of logos fonts colors and other visual elements in all materials.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with marketing product and content teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
• Collaborate with external vendors (printers web developers etc.) as needed to execute projects.
• Research & Innovation:
• Stay uptodate with industry trends design tools and best practices.
• Continuously seek creative inspiration and bring innovative ideas to design projects.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of design materials and manage revisions efficiently.
• Work within allocated project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Sketch Figma or other relevant tools.
• Experience with web design and understanding of basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Creative & Analytical Skills:
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across various platforms and media.
• Ability to take design concepts from idea to final execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of design principles color theory typography and composition.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• A portfolio of previous design work is required.
